Some of Taylor Swift's Properties

Nashville Home

One of America’s youngest singing sensations, Taylor Swift is just 21, and she has already got an impressive real estate portfolio. Her beautiful Tudor style Nashville home sits on 4,929 square feet of area surrounded by vast expanse of sprawling gardens, and was built in 1925. The house is incredibly spacious with high ceilings and large windows. It’s been in the reports that Taylor Swift has listed this property for $1.45 million.

Beverly Hills

Taylor Swift has purchased a home in Beverly Hills for $3.7 million. The Grammy winner loves to live in Nashville with her family, but she also has been spending much of her time in California. So, she bought herself a 2,826 square-foot Cape Cod style mansion, built in 1941, instead of Beverly Hills typical Spanish style homes. The house is bright, romantic, full of light and warmth and stunningly charming and gorgeous, much like Taylor Swift herself, and is the largest of her three properties.

Kenedy Estate

Taylor Swift has finalized the deal on the $4.8 Million property beside the Kennedy Estate in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts. The original list price of the property was $13.5 Million but it was finally sold for $4.9 Million. The property was initially owned by Ocean Drive LLC, a shell company and was purchased by Swift’s financial management team this week.

Mercedes-Benz Viano

Taylor Swift owns a Mercedes-Benz Viano, formerly known as the V-Class is a car that proves that space can also be comfortable, efficient and eco-firendly, and is equipped with room for up to eight people. It’s a multi-purpose vehicle based on the popular Mercedes-Benz Vito commercial panel van.

Nashville Estate!

Taylor Swift’s new estate in Nashville, and she reportedly spent $2.5 million for this historic 5,600 square feet mansion. Built in 1930 by Guilford Dudley Jr., a US ambassador, and most recently owned by Universal Music Group chairman Luke Lewis, this purchase comes shortly after Taylor listed her other Nashville residence for $1.45 million. Taylor relocated with her family to this new home.

Taylor Swift Loving Family

Archie Dean Swift, Jr.

Grandfather Archie was born on December 21, 1914 at Elk County General Hospital in Ridgway, Pennsylvania, a son of Archie Dean Swift and Bernice Maude Thompson. He married first to Barbara Newton Godley in New York City, but they divorced. Archie joined the United States Marine Corps May 3, 1938. He married secondly to Rose Baldi Douglas, on March 21, 1942 in Roxborough, Pennsylvania. They had three children, Archie III, Douglas, and Scott. Archie died on September 2, 1998 in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Rose Baldi

Rose Baldi is Taylor Swift's grandmother. Rose was born on July 30, 1920 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Charles Gwynn and Louise Eurindine (Baldi) Douglas. She married Archie Dean Swift, Jr. on Marhc 21, 1942 in Roxborough, Pennsylvania. She died in December of 1994 in Barnegat, New Jersey.

Scott Swift

Scott was born in Pennsylvania on March 5, 1952, a son of Archie Dean and Rose Baldi  Swift. He has two brothers, Archie III and Douglas. Scott graduated from the University of Delaware in 1974. When Taylor sought to pursue her career in music, Scott relocated his company to Nashville, where he works as a top adviser and First Vice President.

Andrea Garner Swift

Andrea Gardner Swift (born January 10, 1958) is Taylor Swift's mother. She has been seen hanging out with her often, always there for her. She is seen in her home movies and comes out in "The Best Day" and "I'm Only Me When I'm With You" videos. "The Best Day" video was made, by Taylor, for her birthday. Andrea was also shown in the "Beautiful Eyes" music video for Taylor's 18th birthday.
Andrea is the daughter of Robert Bruce and Marjorie Finlay. Marjorie, Taylor's maternal grandmother, was an opera singer. Andrea married Scott Swift on February 20, 1988.

Some Of Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriends

Brandon Borello

The song Tim Mcgraw  was inspired by an ex-boyfriend named Brandon Borello. Their relationship ended because he had to go to college.  "He bought the album  and said he really loved it, which is sweet. His current girlfriend isn't too pleased with it, though." It was named after a musician whose songs she liked.

Taylor Lautner

The song, Back to December is suspected to be about Taylor Lautner. The song is an apology to him. Some of the lyrics go..." Your guard is up and I know why. Because the last time you saw me is still burned in the back of your mind ...you gave me roses and I left them there to die. So this is me swallowing my pride, standing in front of you saying I'm sorry for that night. And I go back to December all the time. You gave me all your love and all I gave you was goodbye."

At the end of the song she asks for his forgiveness and hints to the fact she wants to be with him again. The couple hasn't reunited and at the recent American Music Awards Swift performed the song and at the end added "and he said..it's too late to 'apologize" from popular song "Apologize" by the band One Republic.  She is alluding to the parody video Taylor Lautner made for "Apologize".  Time magazine listed this is one of the top apologies of 2010.

Joe Jonas

Joe Jonas broke up with her over the phone, which is something she has complained about on Ellen DeGeneres' Show and elsewhere. She got her record company to let her record a song about it, to add at the last minute to her album. Forever & Always is the name of that song. She also wrote Last Kiss about him and Better than Revenge is about his ex-girlfriend, Camila Belle.
